This place is very clean, has incredibly friendly staff, and a fantastic location with a great restaurant downstairs, along with a lovely lounge bar that was a definite plus; perfect for our business trip and we will definitely come back.

Excellent service and very helpful staff

Some confusion over whether breakfast was included when I checked in, but quickly rectified. They have now started charging 500 rupees for the airport pickup, but when I said I hadn't been expecting that they gave me the return trip gratis.

The night I stayed some building work woke me up at 3am in the morning. I was moved to another room which was quieter. No sure why I was not booked into this room to start of with.

The room had everything I needed and the bed was super cozy. I was here for work but would totally come back. 🛏️

Had a really good stay here. We booked well decorated hilton twin room with king size bed and could use wake-up service, available in it. The hotel staff was delightfully helpful and competent. The vibe here was individual.

A beautifully decorated room provided with access to the Executive Lounge for the weekend, a very plush library plus added touch of beautiful rose petals. Large and well prepared breakfast with wide spread varieties for the start of the day.

The decor of the room was fine..

No free pick up from Airport. The staff were very unfriendly - "do what is limited to their desk - not fit for "hospitality industry". guests are looking for solutions for everything small issue... staff do not have a clue - shows poor training.

Located conveniently a 10 minutes drive from the international airport it is essentially a perfect spot for a business trip, meeting customers or suppliers, without spending hours in central Mumbai traffic jams. The hotel itself is an oasis of peace and relaxation, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable , there is a medium size swimming pool/bar area for cooling off after a hot day. The bar area with its british/neo-colonial atmosphere and very friendly staff is excellent for a discreet business meeting or a relaxing moment. Allover a very good place to stay - will definitely be back on my next trip to Mumbai !!

Convenient location, right in the city center. Easy walk to nearby markets and shops 🛍️. the poolside restaurant offered a nice variety of delicious dishes.

Personnel were very good

The restaurant area was too cold, uncomfortable to eat.. The room temperature couldnt be adjusted so it had to be turned off daily as it was too cold.
